Return will be accepted within 7 working days

How To cancel an order:

All orders placed on onlinebuyer.in are dispatched within 24 hours. Buyer can cancel order if order is not shipped. Once shipped order cannot be cancelled. cancellations can be done within 7 days.


Damaged on arrival:

We take full responsibility for damaged items. We need a PARCEL OPENING VIDEO as soon as you receive the product, to honor damaged on arrival claims. Also claim has to be raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. In case the claim is raised post this period we cannot honor such claims.

Once we receive your claim, we will arrange pickup and replace the damaged product with a new product at our cost


Faulty manufacturing or broken after use (What is your warranty):

We offer 7 days warranty on all our products. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. In case of physical damage or misuse of the product the warranty is voided. 
in case of manufacturing defects, we will arrange pickup and replace the same at our cost, within 7 working days of the complaint being approved by our official customer chat support.

They changed their mind:

We do offer refunds in case buyer has changed their mind, this is covered by this scenario

  1. Order is not dispatched: in this case, we will refund 100% of the order value to the buyer. This policy does not apply to custom made items.

For an exchange:

We do not offer exchanges for products that have been delivered.


Or its a wrong product:

We offer refunds only in case the order is not dispatched from our warehouse. We do not offer refunds if you are unable to use the product, or do not like the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that product opening video is mandatory to claim any damaged product received.

The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order.
